Disney... Magic

We spent our first full day at Disney at the Magic Kingdom!  It was a great start to a magical week!  Our first stop a picture in front of Cinderella's Castle...

Then we hurried over to Space Mountain to grab a fast pass.  After we grabbed our passes, we headed to our first ride... Buzz Lightyear.  We had heard that we might get some "special treatment" for being on our honeymoon, so when the cast member handed Patrick a red card at the front of the line we were very excited...

Well, it turns out the red car had nothing to do with our honeymoon... it is just their system to help determine how long the wait is... oh well.

Next we headed to lunch... as we were standing in line the bottom fell out... so rather than get soaked everyone came into the restaurant... so when we got our food there were no seats!!  We looked throughout the whole place... no seats!  After a minor breakdown on my part we ended up sitting on the floor, then a nice family who was leaving saw us and gave us their table.  The food was good, and I was so excited because the brownie had Mickey Mouse sprinkles!

We took a lot of pictures of ourselves... Patrick got to be a pro by the end of the week... so a lot of our pictures will look like this...

There are so many ducks all over the park... and they are not afraid of humans... this one came right up to Patrick.

I really really wanted to ride the Tea Cups... and Patrick was a great sport... we rode them several times!

For dinner, we ate at the Kona Cafe in Disney's Polynesian Resort.  I didn't get a picture of our food... but for dessert...

I had banana caramel Creme Brulee...

Patrick had an apple tart dessert with ice cream.

We headed back to the park just in time to catch the Spectro Magic Parade.  It was a great and very full day!
